Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years related work experience.
• Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads CD topics by planning and coordinating research/outreach activities.
• Manages projects: requirements, resources, deadlines, progress, reports.
• Participates in FR System initiatives and working groups.
• Conducts independent applied research and publishes data reports on CD issues.
• Coordinates dissemination of results to prioritize district activities.
• Builds relationships with think tanks, universities, and government organizations.
• Documents processes for potential duplication across the district/country.
• Supports external stakeholders with presentations and expert advice.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
