Job summary

You will lead daily trade partner activities, ensure compliance with local codes and approved plans, and strive for a zero-defect home at New Home Orientation with full customer sign-off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in residential construction management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of construction practices and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Builder Software for trade partner scheduling, notification and invoice approval.
• Schedule and supervise daily trade partner activities in accordance with schedules.
• Inspects and ensures that work complies with local codes and approved plans.
• Ensure all work performed by trade partners meets Davidson Homes quality standards.
• Plan and schedule all construction activities from pre-construction to completion.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and New Home Orientation/Final Walks with customer.
• Deliver a 'Zero Defect' home at New Home Orientation with full customer sign-off.
• Maintain inventory homes, models and communities.
• Oversee construction, inspection and scheduling to meet cycle times.
• Provide trade partner feedback to supervision and manage change orders.
