Groundworks is seeking a Senior Communications Strategist to lead integrated communications that strengthen the brand, drive growth, protect reputation, and engage employees. You will oversee media relations, executive communications, and internal channels while measuring effectiveness and optimizing outcomes.

The role requires collaboration across functions, strong relationship-building, discretion, and ability to manage high-profile initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, journalism, or related discipline.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
• Experience managing internal communications platforms and enterprise communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that support enterprise initiatives, business priorities, organizational change, and brand objectives.
• Lead proactive public relations efforts that strengthen the Groundworks brand and regional brands.
• Manage internal communications platforms and enterprise channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Support executive communications and thought leadership opportunities.
• Measure and report on communication performance and campaign outcomes.
