• Shape national media and brand strategy across education, consumer, and trade outlets.
• Prepare executives and experts to be credible spokespeople under pressure.
• Lead crisis and issues communications planning and recovery with the Senior Director.
• Manage external agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.
