Southland Industries seeks a senior corporate communications professional to shape and implement internal communications strategy. You will partner with business leaders, craft executive messaging, and lead campaigns that engage employees across our enterprise.
You will develop governance standards, collaborate with HR, IT, and regional teams, and continuously improve channels and assets to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging.
Executes and helps shape Southland’s internal communications strategy by leading enterprise communication initiatives that keep employees informed, engaged, and connected. Serves as a strategic communications partner to business leaders by developing communication strategies, leading internal campaigns, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across the organization.

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Virginia this ranges from $85,000.00 – $106,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
