ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Communications Manager is a critical individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Communications. Part relationship-builder, part storyteller, part PR tactician, your job is to tell our story, and make sure the world's top business and tech journalists, podcasters, and conference organizers think of the company first.

Partnering closely with the Head of Communications, you’ll play a key role in PR strategy and execution. You’ll spot stories and moments where the company's story deserves to be told and make sure that it is. You’ll perform media outreach, draft press releases and other materials that carry our message, prep executives for interviews, and work on high-priority announcements, milestones, speaking opportunities, and award submissions.

This role is for someone who has built meaningful media relationships, operated inside a fast-growing tech company, and knows how to tell a great story. If you are excited to play a role in building the leader in customer experience AI, and have the instincts and the drive to help the company break through the noise, we want to talk to you.
