CentralReach, LLC is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software with offices in the US and abroad. The Senior Communications Manager will own external voice, manage our PR agency, and drive social media strategy in alignment with business priorities.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, you will collaborate with the CMO and cross-functional partners to amplify key moments, surface customer stories, and grow a premier customer community across channels.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in social media management, corporate communications, or public relations.
• Experience managing an external PR or communications agency relationship.
• Strong writing and editing skills across executive communications, social copy, and press materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and translating business priorities into external messaging.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers to surface stories.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PR agency partnership: set priorities, brief the agency, review pitches, and ensure results.
• Own external communications: press releases, media statements, executive messaging and announcements.
• Own social media strategy and execution: manage content calendar across platforms with brand voice.
• Manage media opportunities: coordinate outreach and identify speaking/visibility opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with events, product marketing, and clinical teams to amplify moments.
• Track and report on performance: translate results into strategic insights.
• Engage directly with customers to surface stories and advocacy opportunities.
• Build and grow customer community with Integrated Marketing to showcase success stories.
