Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist within the Asset Management Group Investment Office. Based in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA, you will support collateral administration, mailbox management, and conference/event planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience coordinating calendars, emails and collateral material.
• Familiarity with graphics/photo-editing software is a plus.
• Experience with Seismic and Photoshop preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, produce and consult on internal and external communications.
• Support planning, research and development of communications.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment of messages.
• Synthesize data to identify trends and tactical implications.
• Participate on cross-functional teams and coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other partners.
