Responsibilities

• Executing conference and event planning tasks, including outreach, securing venues, sourcing giveaways, and hosting debriefs.
• Coordinating event scheduling details, speaker availability, materials, and updates with partners.
• Triaging and managing team mailboxes and dispositioning emails.
• Ensuring collateral is current, accessible, and aligned across profiles.
• Managing collateral expirations and review processes.
• Coordinating collateral submissions for legal and compliance approvals and routing.
• Maintaining materials across shared drives and Seismic; editing photos in Photoshop.
• Supporting development, review, and distribution of communications.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support.
