Responsibilities

• Own the company-wide moment calendar and coordinate major announcements.
• Build and run a network of vertical media partners across four industries.
• Lead new-media strategy for leadership across top-tier and niche outlets.
• Set channel and tier strategy, using newsroom, blogs, and LinkedIn as platforms.
• Drive customer-forward storytelling featuring client growth stories.
• Advise leadership on timing, framing, and risk of public moments.
• Own internal communications across four distinct businesses.
• Develop a crisis management playbook with risk scenarios per vertical.
