You’ll collaborate with media partners and cross-functional teams, negotiates plans, and stays current with industry news and innovations to shape cutting-edge campaigns for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in integrated planning role in media, publisher/vendor, or communications discipline (digital, content).
• Experience analyzing data and market research.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
• Experience delegating assignments to junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to impactful communications plan development to meet client needs and deliver communications ideas.
• Manage ongoing communications of client facing information (flowcharts, wholistic media plans, etc.).
• Provide audience intelligence and data inputs for goal setting and decision making.
• Work with media vendors and cross-channel activation teams on opportunities for planning and ideation.
• Support senior team in researching innovations, trends and partnerships.
• Participate in ideation sessions with Strategy and Specialty Business Units to generate connections ideas.
• Accurately manage budget updates throughout the fiscal year.
• Contribute to revenue growth through planning outcomes.
