Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to join our team as a QA Tester (Automation). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software testing, with the ability to design and execute test cases, identify and troubleshoot issues, and contribute to quality improvements. Whether your background is in manual testing, automation, or both, we value a proactive mindset and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities

• Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates.

• Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation.

• Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to meet business requirements.

• Drives achievement of project or program success factors.

• Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements.

• Acts as an internal advocate for the project.

• Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) projects or program risks/issues.

• Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives.

• Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $50,700.00 - $85,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
