Job summary

The role includes supporting the development, communication, and administration of commission programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance from a four-year college or university.
• Three years’ experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Four years’ experience in a commissions role.
• Articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, presentation, persuasion and negotiation to achieve desired result.

Responsibilities

• Calculate commission/incentive payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions.
• Ongoing review, update, and maintenance of commission database used to track variable compensation and set sales quotas.
• Ongoing review and analysis of compensation plan changes.
• Provide subject matter expertise of department policies, processes, and systems.
