Job summary

Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator based in Chandler, AZ. As a Commissions Analyst Sr, you will calculate commission payments for sales personnel, support administration of incentive programs, and help develop and communicate plans.

This hybrid role offers exposure to ERP systems, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accountancy/Finance, 3 years with an ERP (SAP preferred), and 4 years in commissions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance from four-year college or university.
Three years’ experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
Four years’ working in a commissions role.
Articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, presentation, persuasion and negotiation to achieve desired result.

Responsibilities

Receipt, review and enter into system of record sales requested adjustments to orders.
Ongoing review, update, and maintenance of commission database used to track & compute variable compensation and set sales quotas.
Ongoing review and analysis of compensation plan changes.
Provide subject matter expertise of department policies, processes, and systems.
