Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical/engineering or science field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive commissioning and turnover management experience on large, complex construction projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee all commissioning and turnover phases for a large-scale, multi-system construction project.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, protocols, and documentation.
• Oversee third-party commissioning agents and ensure accountability for schedule, quality, and performance.
• Coordinate end-user requirements with commissioning activities to ensure operational readiness at facility acceptance.
• Facilitate cross functional communication and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and technical standards.
• Oversee development and turnover of manuals, test results, training materials, and procedures.
• Monitor progress, report status, and elevate risks with mitigation plans.
• Lead turnover meetings and training sessions with stakeholders and end users.
• Support QA programs and continuous improvement in turnover workflows.
