Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or global equivalent plus extensive experience in commissioning/start-up of large projects.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of local, state/provincial and federal/national guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned, documented, and managed commissioning and turnover approach for pre-commissioning through hand-over.
• Develop SQM with quality leads and equipment/site requirements.
• Maintain client relationships with plant manager and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage commissioning/start-up budget and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor plans for pre-commissioning, commissioning, training, testing, and start-up.
