Job summary

QC Servion, LLC is seeking a Commissioning Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle commissioning for mission-critical facilities. This remote role requires coordinating with owners, designers, contractors, and trades from anywhere in the United States.

You will develop commissioning plans, schedules, and testing procedures while managing budgets, staffing, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in commissioning, construction management, or MEP in mission critical facilities.
• Experience leading full life cycle commissioning projects including design review and testing.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and staffing on complex projects.
• Strong collaboration with owners, designers, contractors, and trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities: initiation, kickoff, RFIs, submittals.
• Develop schedules, forecast resources, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate QA/QC and Cx plans to meet project scope.
• Oversee staffing, vendor coordination, and client communications.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and final commissioning report.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget completion with testing and handover.
