Actalent is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager for a major financial‑sector facility in downtown Dallas. You will lead commissioning providers and oversee MEP activities within a leadership-focused project management frame, rather than performing all tasks personally.

This contract-to-hire role lasts ~1.5–2 years, with travel across the USA and occasional international work, collaborating with the commissioning team, design engineers, and client stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years direct commissioning experience as a commissioning agent.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical or electrical engineering or field-testing experience.
• Fluency in commissioning processes aligned with ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED guidelines.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems including HVAC&R and power systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead commissioning projects for a large, complex facility across all phases.
• Oversee adherence to ASHRAE, CSA and LEED commissioning guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage schedules and milestones.
• Review commissioning plans, specifications, submittals and shop drawings.
• Chair commissioning meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Conduct field testing with calibrated equipment and interpret results.
• Travel to client sites to oversee implementation and provide support.
