Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 6–8 years of commissioning/MEP experience.
• Experience leading commissioning on complex projects preferred.
• Certifications such as CCP, CxA or LEED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads commissioning planning and execution for complex projects, ensuring MEP systems are verified and validated.
• Develops and maintains commissioning plans with testing requirements and documentation.
• Coordinates cross-functional commissioning meetings and tracks progress through turnover.
• Reviews test documentation and vendor reports for quality and compliance.
• Mentors commissioning specialists and supports talent acquisition by interviewing candidates.
