Job summary
WSP USA in Orlando, FL is seeking a Lead - Commissioning to drive the commissioning of building systems across public and private sector projects. You will guide cross‑functional teams through planning, testing, data collection, and readiness reviews, delivering documentation and ensuring performance, reliability, safety, and code compliance from construction to full operation.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field.
- 7–10 years of post-education experience in building and systems commissioning.
- Proficiency in building commissioning principles and smart building design.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance with collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from the site during construction phases and commissioning.
- Perform professional commissioning work by inspecting site conditions and ensuring conformance with codes and permits.
- Develop and oversee testing specifications, readiness plans, and cost estimates with coordination across owners and clients.
- Involved from inception to completion for commissioning deliverables across project phases.
