Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or startup experience in industrial or large commercial systems.
• Experience with live systems in active construction or operational environments.
• Understanding of on-site safety assessments, such as Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite commissioning and system validation.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans aligned with project milestones.
• Produce clear and detailed commissioning reports and test results.

Skills

Commissioning or startup experience

Strong electrical background

Hands-on experience with HVAC equipment

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

Journeyman Electrician license or Electrical Engineering degree
