Senior Commissioning Engineer

Whether you’re based in Texas or elsewhere, you’ll have the flexibility to work remote and perform local commissioning work where you’re located, with minimal travel requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize building systems through thorough sequence of operations analysis
• Execute hands-on commissioning activities across MEP systems in diverse project types
• Oversee functional testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and closeout documentation
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and owners to ensure operational performance
• Serve as a technical resource and trusted advisor to clients
• Identify new business opportunities and help grow the commissioning practice (Seller-Doer ideal)

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Commissioning Engineer with hands-on commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization expertise

Self-starter, dependable, and proactive — someone who can stay busy and billable without constant oversight

Ability to balance technical execution and client relationship management

Interest in growing into a leadership or management role as the team expands

Flexibility to travel up to 40-45% as needed (local travel wherever you’re based encouraged)
