This is a field-based opportunity for professionals who understand how a power plant moves from construction through startup, testing, and reliable operation. The ideal candidate will bring experience across construction, commissioning, and plant operations.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of relevant power generation experience
• Combined-cycle commissioning or startup experience
• Background across construction, commissioning, and operations
• Strong field execution and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience coordinating with construction teams, OEMs, vendors, engineering, and plant operations
• Electrical, I&C, mechanical, or operations backgrounds are welcome
• Flexibility to support changing site schedules, including occasional nights or weekends
• Ability to commit to a long-term field assignment

You'll support commissioning activities at the project level, helping safely transition new generating assets from construction into reliable operation.
