Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for large-scale interior tenant improvement projects. You will collaborate with the Project Management team, subcontractors, clients, architects, engineers, and other partners to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and top-quality results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial interior TI projects, with demonstrated ability to manage $5M–$50M scopes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial interior tenant improvement projects.
• Experience managing projects in the $5M–$50M range.
• OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with building management systems, security, fire alarm, mechanical, electrical, data center, and server room environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Understanding of permitting and working with building officials.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for large-scale interior tenant improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Project Management, subcontractors, clients, architects, engineers and project partners to ensure safety, schedule and quality.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication and leadership on site to manage multiple priorities.
