The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in commercial interior construction. They will oversee project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain high standards of quality. Successful applicants will have the necessary certifications and skills in managing complex projects on busy sites.
Qualifications
At least five years of relevant experience as a Superintendent, preferably in interior, high-end commercial general contracting.
Proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces.
Capable of managing/coordinating multiple quick turnaround projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications.
10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate.
4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate.
Responsibilities
Oversee all daily field operations including site safety, construction progress, and quality control.
Provide guidance and supervision for site staff.
Manage project schedules and subcontractors.
Maintain compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Run weekly project meetings and manage the RFI process.
Exceed client expectations by understanding needs and preferences.
