Qualifications

• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to construction plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Work closely with project managers, owners, and other stakeholders to communicate updates and resolve issues.
• Identify potential project delays and proactively implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation.
