Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of our new products and acquisitions, bridging Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate product innovation into market success. You will partner with executive leadership on pricing, lead New Product Introduction, and ensure disciplined execution as we scale in a fast-evolving software market.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS firms.
Experience bridging functions to GTM organizations and product launches.
Knowledge of IT and security market products and pricing.
Collaborative, cross-functional teammate with executive influence.
Strong strategic planning, multitasking, and program management.
Experience in late-stage B2B SaaS startups (Series E+) or public SaaS.
MBA or professional degree.

Responsibilities

Own the commercialization lifecycle for new products and features from PRD hand‑off to market launch.
Partner with executive leadership on pricing readiness and launch health.
Lead cross‑functional programs with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Measure adoption, ARR contribution, and post‑launch success to optimize motion.
Drive post-close integration for M&A to align go-to-market motions.
