Job summary

Kairos Power in Alameda, CA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Development to support the VP of Commercial & Corporate Development. This strategic, hands-on role partners with engineering, operations and corporate teams to accelerate initiatives and drive execution.

You will develop executive communications, align cross-functional activities, and lead high‑priority programs from concept through completion, shaping our commercial strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and executive-level support.
• Strong financial and business acumen with strategic integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as extension of the VP to drive execution of strategic priorities.
• Coordinate across commercial engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
• Drive strategic programs from conception to implementation.
• Prepare executive communications, presentations, and dashboards.
• Manage inquiries directed to the VP and coordinate responses.
• Oversee rhythm of business and cross-functional planning processes.
• Lead special projects and high-priority assignments.
