Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics preferred
• 5+ years in financial institution in a similar role
• Experience with income-producing CRE and operating company lending
• Experience completing spreads and credit analyses
• Strong understanding of financial statements and tax returns
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel/Word; finance software a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze borrower and guarantor financial information and assist with risk assessments
• Support asset resolution strategies and periodic departmental reporting
• Review financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, appraisals, and aging reports
• Conduct research on borrowers, guarantors, affiliates, and collateral from public and internal sources
• Provide administrative support: minutes, reports, files, and tracking logs
• Contact bank customers to gather information for exception management
