Qualifications

• 8+ years of field experience in commercial sheet metal systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sheet metal specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially with layout and installation concepts.
• Proficiency in basic math and ability to perform relevant calculations.

Responsibilities

• Control and distribute all quality documentation for assigned sheet metal projects.
• Monitor and oversee all quality-related activities on the project; focus on fabrication and duct standards.
• Attend client quality management meetings and represent QA interests.
• Prepare and maintain project-specific quality system documentation (ITPs).
• Oversee disposition of nonconformances (NCRs/RCLs) and drive resolutions.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent.
• Maintain quality communication with customers and inspectors.
• Archive project documentation upon completion per ACC procedures.
• Perform hands-on sheet metal tasks at project sites to verify installation quality.
