Job summary

Delek US Holdings in El Dorado, Arkansas is seeking a Sr Commercial Scheduler to plan, schedule and monitor inbound materials from suppliers, coordinating movements with purchasing, production and engineering to meet contract requirements. The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent, 6+ years in a related field, and hands-on experience in scheduling across rail and truck.

Qualifications

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Six (6) or more years Experience in a related field (Required).
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule material movements by rail and truck at designated locations daily.
• Identify scheduling delays, issues or process gaps and submit recommendations to management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in implementing movement strategies to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with contract terms and assists in maintaining accurate contract records.
• Enter and ensure accuracy of scheduling data and volume information in internal and external systems.
• Collaborates with internal departments to support customer service and operational goals.
• Assists with onboarding and mentoring of less experienced schedulers.
