Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) seeks a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations on GC projects, patch/repair work, and TremCare programs. You will coordinate with Project Managers, field teams, and customers to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to contract requirements.

You will manage subcontractors, develop schedules, monitor progress, and ensure quality control across roofing systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and QC procedures.
• Ability to read plans, specs, contracts, and docs accurately.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to support project execution.
• Oversee all phases of projects to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Interpret and implement project administration requirements and contract specs.
• Develop and update project schedules with milestones.
• Monitor progress and resolve scheduling, quality, or operational challenges.
• Coordinate field inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with documents, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as field liaison between subcontractors, customers, owners, and internal teams.
• Prepare status reports and updates for management and customers.
• Foster strong customer relationships and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Promote safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
