Job summary

Tecta America East LLC – Jessup, MD is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Estimator/Project Manager to lead the service department at our Jessup location. You will mentor the service team, develop business opportunities, and prepare estimates for roofing and related services.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial roofing estimating, strong leadership, and proven bid negotiation skills. A valid driver's license and background check are required. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and organization in service department management.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and bids.
• Must have valid driver's license and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Produce estimates for commercial roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal service projects.
• Oversee service department and mentor its management team.
• Develop prequalification and technical proposal packages.
• Track bids, proposals, and profitability to maximize awards.
