Job summary

CanTex Roofing & Construction LLC is seeking a Lead Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems across various building types. You will lead a 2–3 person crew on service calls, manage daily job execution from start to finish, and be the main contact with building owners and facility managers in the field.

You are expected to set the standard for workmanship, safety, and professionalism on every job, including adherence to OSHA safety protocols and proper PPE

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on commercial roofing experience, with at least 2 years in service/repair.
• Proficient with multiple roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal).
• Ability to read and interpret building drawings, roof plans, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and deficiencies across multiple roof systems.
• Lead 2-3 person service crews; delegate tasks and ensure quality.
• Complete work orders with photos, materials used, and follow-up recommendations.
• Communicate findings and completed work clearly to customers on-site.
