Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field crews and subcontractors on commercial and industrial roofing projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure timely completion according to contract documents.

Extensive travel (up to 100%) is required. A track record in BUR and other roofing systems, plus strong coordination with owners and senior leadership, is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial/industrial built-up roofing systems and/or 5+ years as a foreman for BUR systems and related applications
• Proficient with MS 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and building coordination tools
• Strong ability to maintain project records and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage field crews and subcontractors for commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Schedule and manage sub-contractors to keep projects on time and budget
• Create and update project schedules; maintain project administration requirements
• Ensure quality control and that work complies with contract documents and Tremco standards
• Generate reports on project status and resolve issues with coordination between parties
