Job summary

Nations Roof, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead large-scale projects from pre-construction through completion in the Charlotte area. You will drive success with strong leadership, financial oversight, and a commitment to safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and teams while maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliant execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial roofing or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and practices.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; well organized.
• Experience with PM software (MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Review contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate all phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Support estimating, bidding, and preconstruction efforts as needed.
• Mentor and develop team members.
