• Strong understanding of roofing systems, contracts, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring project staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale commercial roofing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Coordinate planning, procurement, and logistics for profitable execution.
• Review contracts, drawings, and scope to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with estimating, sales, operations, and field teams for smooth transitions.
• Monitor project financials, forecasting, change orders, and profitability.
• Develop client relationships and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, client presentations, and executive-level communications.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Support process improvements and department initiatives.
