Job summary

Tecta America South Florida in Deerfield Beach seeks a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from development to completion. You’ll coordinate schedules, budgets, safety, and subcontractor activities to ensure on‑time delivery and quality workmanship.

The role requires 4+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management, proficiency with bid submittals, NOA guidelines, MS Office, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
• Bid submittals, NOA guidelines and warranty packages knowledge.
• OSHA 30 training is a plus.
• Ability to perform Jobsite inspections and heights awareness.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass drug test and background check.
• Mentor staff and manage project teams effectively.
• Blueprints/plans reading and basic accounting understanding.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance.
• Approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Lead meetings with internal and external teams and document outcomes.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure contract compliance.
