Job summary

Tecta America South Florida is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager for our Deerfield Beach shop. You will manage and supervise construction processes from development through completion, coordinating multiple projects to meet schedules and budgets while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, cost control, change orders, and vendor coordination; preparing subcontracts, purchase orders, and project documentation; and leading meetings with clients,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
• Experience with bid submittals, NOA guidelines and warranty packages.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.
• OSHA 30 training a plus.
• Able to perform jobsite inspections and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass drug test and background check.
• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering related field.
• Reading blueprints/plans; basic accounting knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services across multiple concurrent projects.
• Monitor project progress and cost control benchmarks.
• Prepare, track, and issue purchase orders, subcontracts, AIA documents, and other relevant agreements.
• Supervise consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and lead regular project meetings with internal and external teams.
• Address change orders and ensure timely payment processing.
