Job summary

Atlas Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial roofing projects from award through closeout in Phoenix, AZ. You will own the schedule, budget, crews, and client relationships on each job.

The role blends fieldwork and office work, with responsibilities spanning preconstruction, on-site supervision, and coordination with GCs. Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office are used daily, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial roofing projects or equivalent PM experience.
• Knowledge of single-ply, modified bitumen, built-up, SPF, coatings, and standing seam roofing.
• Ability to read roof plans, details, and specs.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with contracts, liens, and pay applications (AIA G702/G703).
• Safety-focused with OSHA 1926 awareness and ability to work in AZ summer conditions.
• Strong organization to manage multiple jobs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Own the job from award through closeout, including schedule and budget.
• Verify scope, quantities, and assembly against bid before ordering.
• Build and maintain project schedules; coordinate materials and milestones.
• Order materials, track deliveries, manage staging and rooftop loading.
• Write change orders with backup documentation.
• Run submittals, RFIs, and closeout docs via Procore, Bluebeam, or the GC's platform.
• Coordinate manufacturer inspections and secure warranties at completion.
• Enforce safety on site and ensure OSHA 1926 compliance.
• Read plans and detect conflicts before crews start.
• Manage foremen, crews, subcontractors, and invoicing.
• Handle weather-driven changes and report risks to leadership.
