Clark's Quality Roofing in Murray, Utah is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to supervise on-site roofing crews on commercial projects. You will lead daily activities, coordinate safety and quality, read blueprints, and liaise with project managers, clients, and field staff to keep work progressing on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of OSHA safety regulations.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have at least 5 years of commercial roofing experience, including supervising crews.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of roofing crews on commercial projects.
• Ensure safety practices and OSHA compliance on site.
• Coordinate work to optimize labor, materials and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and work orders.
• Mentor and train crew members, including new hires.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors and management.
• Inspect ongoing work for quality and conformance to specs.
• Document progress, incidents, and change orders.
