The Foreman will be responsible for investigating and repairing leaks in various commercial roofing systems while ensuring high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the roofing industry and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers a competitive pay starting at $28/hr BOE and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Capable of working at varying heights and during different weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service crew and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
• Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in various roofing systems.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Complete required paperwork and assist in training of crew members.
