Job summary

Eagle Cornice, a Tecta America Co., is seeking a Production Field Superintendent to lead commercial roofing crews across Cranston and nearby sites. You will schedule, supervise, and ensure craftsmanship and safety on multiple projects from start to finish.

Requirements include 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and the ability to read specifications; bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience, 5+ years.
• Supervisory experience, 2+ years.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly desirable.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise roofing field operations with daily worksite visits to ensure project specifications are met.
• Regularly inspect work progress, equipment and jobsites to ensure all work order details and safety protocols are followed.
• Train roofing field staff with emphasis on safety and employee development.
• Maintain documentation of projects, identifying variances, monitor expenditures and implement corrective action when necessary.
• Coordinate inspections from manufacturers and governing authorities, as needed.
• Communicate with Operations team regularly on work progress.
• Conduct materials inventory as needed and;
• Additional duties as assigned.
