Job summary

Eagle Cornice, a Tecta America Co. in Cranston, RI, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Production Foreman to supervise installation, removal and replacement of commercial roofing systems, ensuring quality and productivity.

Under the direction of the Operations Manager and Field Superintendent, you will lead crews, coordinate with clients and vendors, and enforce safety standards on site. A minimum of 3–5 years in commercial roofing, OSHA 10, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with commercial roofing systems.
• OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish/English desirable.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Installation and removal of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc).
• Supervise, direct and train roofing crews on commercial sites.
• Perform work per job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with Operations team, clients, vendors and crew members.
• Track materials, labor and job progress.
• Enforce Company and OSHA safety standards.
• Complete required paperwork and attend meetings.
