Job summary

Eagle Cornice, a Tecta America Co., is seeking a Production Field Superintendent in Cranston, RI to lead commercial roofing crews and supervise projects from start to finish. The role reports to the Operations Manager and emphasizes craftsmanship, quality and production on multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial roofing experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with strong time management, organizational, and safety-focused skills.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience, 5+ years.
• Supervisory experience, 2+ years.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise roofing field operations with daily worksite visits to ensure project specifications are met.
• Regularly inspect work progress, equipment and jobsites to ensure all work order details and safety protocols are followed.
• Work closely with Production foremen to train roofing field staff with an emphasis on safety and employee development.
• Maintain documentation of projects, identifying variances, monitor expenditures and implement corrective action when necessary.
• Coordinate inspections from manufacturers and governing authorities, as needed.
• Communicate with Operations team regularly on work progress.
• Conduct materials inventory as needed and;
• Additional duties as assigned.
