Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing.
• Strong sales and project management track record.
• Knowledge of commercial construction markets (property management, insurance, REITs).
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to access rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships.
• Lead roofing projects from start to finish—sales through final completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations.
