Farha Roofing in St. Louis is seeking a Senior Commercial Roofing Business Development & Project Manager to expand our presence in the market.

This role blends high-level relationship development with hands-on project delivery and coordination with estimating and operations teams. You will lead the sales process from first contact to contract and oversee projects from sale to closeout, ensuring profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial low-slope roofing experience.
• Proven success in commercial roofing sales, business development, or client-facing leadership.
• Established professional network in the St. Louis commercial market preferred.
• Knowledge of property management, facility management, CRE, insurance, general contracting, and REITs.
• Ability to develop new business while managing awarded projects.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, estimating, project scopes, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with owners, managers, general contractors, insurers, REITs, and other decision-makers.
• Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Evaluate customer needs and develop appropriate roofing solutions.
• Lead the sales process from opportunity through proposal, negotiation, and contract.
• Manage projects from sale through completion and closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with estimators, operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, documentation, change orders, and profitability.
• Ensure projects meet safety, workmanship, quality, and customer service standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients for repeat business and growth.
