Job summary

Tremco in San Diego, CA is hiring experienced Commercial Roofers to maintain, repair and install commercial roofing systems. Responsibilities include installation of BUR, EPDM, single-ply and coatings, plus safe operation of trade tools and adherence to OSHA safety standards.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years in commercial roofing, reliable transportation and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and medical exam.

• Commercial Roofing: At least 10 years experience
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and medical/physical

Responsibilities

• Install various roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings and other low-slope roofs
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow OSHA regulations and site safety practices
• Work outdoors in diverse weather and meet physical demands of the job
• Climb and work from ladders; able to lift 50 lbs
• Communicate clearly with foremen, supervisors and teammates
