Job summary

Tremco is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our Texas team. You will install, repair, and maintain roofing systems including BUR, EPDM, single-ply, and coatings, ensuring weatherproof performance.

Expect outdoor work in varied conditions, tool safety, and adherence to OSHA standards. Responsibilities also include leak identification, proper ladder usage, and clear communication with foremen and Tremco colleagues. A minimum of 1 year of roofing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Background check per company standards.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings).
• Operate hand and power tools safely on site.
• Follow OSHA regulations and site safety practices.
• Work outdoors in varied weather and meet physical requirements.
• Climb and work on ladders; handle at least 50 lbs.
• Identify and repair leaks on commercial roofs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with foremen and supervisors.
