Responsibilities

• Supports commercial clients of Lincoln Savings Bank as a trusted advisor and provides full breadth of solutions.
• Develops commercial relationship prospects and manages a portfolio focusing on customer service while managing risk and credit.
• Originates and processes commercial loans in accordance with internal policy and applicable lending laws.
• Analyzes the credit history of applicants and determines loan repayment capabilities.
• Negotiates credit terms, such as costs, repayment methods, and collateral specifications.
• Develops a pipeline of quality commercial loans and completes business development and retention calls with prospects and clients.
• Grows a deposit portfolio related to client relationships across business and personal lines.
• Identify clients’ needs across bank units and deepen relationships by coordinating with Treasury Management Officers and other lines.
• Executes joint partner calls monthly to engage other business lines.
• Manages the on-going sales cycle to meet sales goals and business objectives.
• Maintains a loan portfolio of $50,000,000 or greater.
• Maintains knowledge of Lincoln Savings Bank’s commercial loan products and services.
• Mentors Commercial Relationship Manager I-II peers as needed.
• Uses Salesforce CRM to document prospecting and retention activities and to refer clients to other partners.
